New telescope
Hi,
I have an 8" reflector on dobsonian mount.
I am thinking about buying another scope soon.
Has anyone had experience with the
Meade LXD75 254MM (10") SCHMIDT-NEWTONIAN WITH UHTC
and although pricier
Meade 10" (254MM) LX90-GPS W/UHTC
?
I am interested in observing and astrophotography.
Any advise, opinions welcome.
George

Hi George and Welcome
There is a get together at Ross on the 15th Of september with most of the Astronomical Soc of Tassie.
A few of us are making the trip down from Launceston.
I am sure a few of the Hobart guys will have had experience with these Meades.
