I remember seeing this guy on TV years ago with his Jetsons style craft. It
was still very much in development back then. Good to see he has been
persevering with it.

Yup! I'd love one too!! I think the old cockies around here would freak seeing
me coming across the paddock in that. Or whack a few lights on it and fly
past the local pub! it'll give the drinkers someting to talk about for years lol

I think I'll wait until they cost less than $146,000 though

Wouldn't it be fun!
Not sure about one out on the open road yet though!!!

But once they are available and start selling, the price will drop, they'll have to make road laws for them etc.

I know I should want one of these, but really, I've never been convinced about the theory of using fans, air preasure, etc like this. It's surely like balancing a needle on it's head, it'd be that unsteady. And noisy!

I'll be waiting for they day they do it some other way, or someone gives me one of these

If it is anything like my attempts to master a radio controlled helicopter I think I will have to give it a miss.

You wouldn't want to be the crane driver , but then again at upwards of
probably $1400.00 per hour crane hire, I'll stick with the old Ford for a while
longer.

The annoying part is that they claim to have held over 200 test flights, and that's the best video they have

Not exactly great advertising!
