That's amazing and it would take a lot of guts (and money).
Imagine the Aussie SAFETYCRATS there, everything would have to be fenced off so you couldn't fall off the rocks, the shot would NEVER have happened.
A couple of years ago I met a young lady at the local Aldi store. We got talking (as I do with most people (Oh, I had my new camera out taking photos of the mountains from the car park)) and she said she was a tight rope walker, as were the friends she lived with. There was a lunar eclipse coming up a few days away at the time and she told me of their plans to walk across some gorge in Blackheath during the eclipse and asked if I'd like to go up and photograph them. I had something else I had to do (possibly get a telescope out and try and photograph it myself) but as happened, it was like most lunar eclipses in Lithgow, washed out.
