SOLD: Celestron C6 sct 150mm

I'm going over to solar viewing and imaging so selling the night gear.

Celestron C6 ota - from Andrew's Communications (2 months old with receipt)

Manual
1.25" Star diagonal
25mm plossl - Celestron
Orange dovetail bar
Finderscope
All caps fitted
Still have box and molded foam packaging (plus 2nd box that whole package sits in - great for posting)

I wish I realised that solar was the way for me a couple of months ago

Pickup or post/courier

$650 + delivery

Available for any test viewings. If you don't live in Adelaide, then OK to send your local "astrophysicists" to give it a go over.

Later I will also be selling my 2yo Celestron N6 newt with tube rings, eyepiece - $200. I am keeping the mount for my PST.

does the scope have a 2" visual back or is it 1.25?

It has 1.25". It seems to be standard on all Celestron sct's up to the 9.25" and seems to be so on other brands.

Darn it if this was advertised last week I would have snapped it up in an instant, all the best with the sale Craig....just with the visual back I brought a smaller celestron C5 SCT last week and replaced the stock 1.25' visual back for a 2" {sourced from bintel} and it takes a F6.3 focal reducer so I would imagine the C6 is no different

Darn me too! I wish I knew about PST 2 months ago. I will sleep better soon.

Bintel Visual Back adapter suits Celestron/Meade $39.00
