Mystery object any ideas?

Capturing some images last night and found this object on one of my subs. It's a single 2 min sub taken with a 10" f4.8 newt. The object only appeared on this one sub (nothing on the 5 subs before or 4 after), it appears to be blinking off and on and changing color.

Is it a battle between the Force and the Dark Side?

Colonial Vipers vs Cylon Raiders?

Or it could be just a cosmic ray.

Cosmic Ray would explain the colour variance from one side to the other.
