Solar Impulse 2 completes around-the-world flight

The L.A. Times reports that the solar-powered plane, the Solar Impulse 2,
has landed in Abu Dhabi, completing a 16-month, 17-leg around-the-world
flight.

Years ago I wondered if such a thing could be done and its great to see that it could be done.
