EOI in IceTrade or another forum?

I want to sell a scope and mount preferably to someone fairly local to avoid the hassle of packing, postage, insurance, etc.

Is 'expressions of interest' a way to pick and choose a buyer (which I assume isn't allowed in a straight 'For Sale' ad), also can EOI's be posted in IceTrade?

Icetrades is THE only place you can place an ad or EOI.
If you just want 'Local Pickup only' then just state it in the ad.
