Milky Way, Moon and Storm.

We had some ubeaut lightning over Kilcoy tonight.
The first proper storm of the season.
The photo is a crop from a shot using my fish eye, thus the bentness.

I applied some lens correction to the image and voila....no more curvature!!

I'd just arrived at my vantage point, saw that view and it was very difficult to set up the tripod and camera without trying to rush and possibly stuffing things up. I didn't want to lose that Moon behind the clouds. ,

Very impressive especially getting scorpius to align with the lightning - I dont think too many of us could have organised that !
