Meade field derotator for sale- SOLD

Quite simply this will never ever be used by me! I bought it a while ago and it has only seen the back of my meade a few times. Now I paid well over $650 when I bought it. I am asking $375 plus postage, or make me an offer via PM

I know this unit works because I had it checked out at Qld Astrofest in 2005. I am moving my 12" meade to a eq6 mount, so it will no longer be of use to me at all, except maybe as a bookend, paper weight, door stop....

Field De-Rotator

Hi,
Does this work on a Celestron GPS11?

Does it utilise Meade software to drive it via RS232 (or similar)
or is it simply powered up via the Meade.

If it works on the Celestron I would buy it from you.

Regards

Gerry Aarts

Gerry i have emailed you.

The derotator just plugs into the rs232 port and away you go, no software. Might work on the celestrons but how about you check first with York or a celestron dealer.
