Central Coast 21 June

Just a thought...
This Saturday night (21 June) may be worth a try for a clear observing night up the Mountain. {Mangrove Mountain Pony Club grounds, Wisemans Ferry Road}.
I am booked in for a family social function for lunch, but I hope to get away in time.
The moon will be past Last Quarter, and not up till after midnight.

Winter Solstice - Freezer suits recommended

Allan I think Arthur has also called a Pony Club meeting in a separate thread, maybe it was for the following weekend.

I note that the moon is rising later and later this week to the point of not intruding by Saturday.

I might try to get to this one with the refractor if Arthur can have my dew controller finished by then.

Hi Al and all. Sorry can't make tonight as I have a dose of stuffed head (no comments on that) due to a cold that has taken forever to buzz off.
Have a good one all that are going, it looks like a clear night.

I'll be there. I'm bringing my nephew along for the trip.

7-timer suggests 8 degrees by 10pm.

Just come across this thread!!!
I got my imaging setup ready in my front yard, already aligned from days ago.
Hope to catch some globs.

PC would be better but this is better than nothing.
