WO Binoviewer

I have had a good report on the WO binoviewer and even used one very briefly in my C9.25. However I would like to hear from anyone who has had some more experience with using one, especially in a f/10 SCT.

It comes with a couple of 20mm EPs so I'd be interested in any comments on these also.

Actually I searched the CN site and found lots of Binoviewer reviews and comparisons but not for the WO binoviewer.

Look into the "forums" section - there is a specific Binoviewer subsection.
There should be lots of WO binoviewer related threads there.

I almost bought one of these, complete with the 2 x 20mm ep's and barlow at Astrofest .. kind of wish I had, but the money wasn't unlimited. The only viewing I did through it was looking across the gulley at trees on the far side hills in daylight. This was set up from memory on a Skywatcher refractor, 105mm maybe?? I was very impressed by the view, but not much else I can offer in terms of image quality I'm afraid.

You already know my opinion on binoviewers, so I won't bore you. Here is a good link, though, if you haven't seen it before. The article is older than the WO binos, I think, but the principles and explanations are interesting. Todd argues that you need big apertures to get the most out of binos, but I find the comfort factor a definite plus even in small scopes.
