Photoshop CC and lightroom for $10/month

I have always been put off buying photoshop CS6 due to the heavy price tag. Is the current offer a good deal? I believe it is for a 12 month contract.
I am using a 32 bit operating system (Win 8). Any issues with using the PS and Lightroom apps on 32 bit machines? Help.......

Yes its a very good deal.

32bit will limit you to less than 4GB of RAM. PS and LR use a lot of memory

Did the upload but getting "out of RAM" errors with all but very basic processing
