CG-5 GT Mount

Hello everyone,
Can anyone tell me what the Autoguide Trackiing rate is for a Celestron cg-5gt mount? I have the mount polar aligned and when I use the PHD Guide program the tracking goes way off for some reason and the tracking errors are way of the mark. I am thinking that the mounts autoguide rate is out, I checked this setting through the hand control and it says 50%. I also will be checking the phd guide software to see if the settings are correct.
So I would appreciate some help with this.
I was using an HEQ5 mount but took it down so I can strip it down and get rid of a piece of gunk on one of the gears and give it a re-grease and had no problems with guiding on this mount even though the alignment was out a wee bit.
Hope some one can help me with this.
Regards,
Wayne
