Aurora Borealis

For those who dont knwo, I am in Alaska enjoying the splendour of the aurora, having never seen it before. Have seen them now a number of times, and is an exillerating experience. Am in Fairbanks Alaska, at lat 54 dg, and there was a beautiful dispaly last night, with a kp of 0, dont need it up here!!! Heading to Anchorage tomorrow, then onto Vancouver and over the Rockies (David Levy in the Rockies at Jasper),I certainly hope to glimpse some more aurora before heading home.

Its a magical feeling when the whole sky lights up, enjoy !!!!
As kids we would often scrape the ice off our windows so we could watch the aurorae from bed.
