A different Moon setting

Taken from the Meriton Kent st Sydney.
We had an unobstructed view to the West.

The moon and Venus were spectacular.

The shortest "long"exposure set was 15 seconds on our Panasonic Limix.
That washed out the city lights and OE the Moon

I remembered the days of old and used a black sock to shorten exposures to approx 7 seconds.
Enjoy this unusual aspect as the Moon sets over the distant Blue Mountains.

Awesome images Brett what exactly was the camera you were using? I use the Panasonic GX1 a lot and I find it great.

Cheers
