Playing Mr Mum for the last few days....!

My son has ended up in hospital again with mum having to stay by his bedside for the last few days.
So I've had to play Mr Mum with the rest of the tribe.
Oh man what a 24 hour job guys.
I had my youngest girl up for two hours last night from 3 to 5am.
She thought she'd have a bit of fun since she had enough sleep.
To bad the weather was bad or else I'd take her out observing....

The others all miss mum so I've had to be a bit more lenient and turn a blind eye now and then.
(shhh I didn't say that ok !!!).

Looks like he'll be in for the next few day still.

Wish me luck.

Hope your son gets better soon, Andrew.

I played Mr Mom to a sick wife and 3 sick kids, but I can't imagine doing it for 7!

Thanks everyone, my head's in a spin at the moment.
I can't go down to the hospital and my wife has to stay there with him.
She comes home once a day for an hour or two and goes back.

He's had chronic headaches for about 6 months but this was the worst attack. The doctors can't give him any strong pain relief because it's not migraine type headache and he's only 13.

Well it's interesting being Mr mum and yes John the skirt fits ok but the apron needs an astro theme sewn onto it. Maybe the Pentax EP collection.

Menu doesn't change David, it's the same every night, a buffet.
I find it's easier to give the kids a choice.
See attached photo.

Thanks again everyone and if I miss any of your posts please forgive me.

Hope everything works out Andrew, and don't forget to tell the kids to chew those UWA's 24 times before swallowing.

Regards,

Mike.B.

I'm thinking of you guys, Andrew. Hope the doctors come up with a diagnosis soon. Not knowing is often the hardest thing with these sorts of problems.

Guys thank you for all your well wishes, my son is back home tonight.
His condition is better but not cured yet. We will continue to monitor and follow up with specialist care.

Again thank you all.
At least I get to keep the Pentax apron
