Talking Comet Lemmon, Brisbane, 3rd March

Thanks to all you guys for posting up your wonderful images of Comets Lemmon and Pan-STARRS lately - especially for those of us who are under cloud!

I attempted to catch both comets last night from Brisbane. There was almost 100% cloud - almost. Pan-STARRS was a loss but I think I got Lemmon in one exposure - either that or I have gone stir-crazy!

It was interesting to see how the small patch of sky that had Lemmon in it was somehow always covered in cloud, even though surrounding areas at least had clear patches for a few seconds at a time.

For what it's worth.............
