There are two new regions today. Region 2900, which consists of 3 or 4 very close spots, is not far from the Region mentioned yesterday. I glimpsed some faculae near the limb, but no sunspots. However, I see this has been named as Region 2899.
Region 2998 has lost a few spots, but the remaining 5 or 6 spots seemed to have darkened and become a little larger.
