For Sale...A Meade Lightbridge 10" Newtonian Dobsonian Reflector Truss Telescope.

In great spotless condition, It comes with a Meade 26” 2 inch wide eyepiece to get you started. There is a 1.25” adaptor for smaller eyepieces. It also has a battery operated cooling fan, eyepiece holder and a removable light shroud with velcro closure to keep the dew and stray light away.
The Crayford focuser is precise and smooth.
Please note, the finderscope is not included with this telescope. I have fitted “Bobs Knobs” to the scope making it easy to adjust the collimation of the mirrors without using tools.
The 3 truss supports make assembly and disassembly easy and it retains collimation well after assembly.
The mirror is in great condition. The mirror does show some normal affectation from atmospheric conditions, but it is nothing more than usual for any scope mirror and this does not have any significant effect on the seeing. The mirror has a plastic cap to keep dust off and protect it during storage.
It has a smooth and stable mount. There is an eyepiece holder on one side of the Dobsonian mount. It's a fantastic scope for those upgrading from a beginner scope to really take you to advanced astronomy. I fitted 4 wheels with brakes to the base, making it easy to move about.
The 10” Lightbridge is no longer available new, so here is a chance to get this versatile scope.
