Ouch. I'm using EQMOD ascom driver and would normally dial in the desired rate and tap the E/W/N/S buttons if need to do any manual position tweaking. Always bring up the Dec and RA displays just to make sure not getting near any extremes.
Will have to double check the NINA keyboard and make sure it behaves.
