Just choose a Venue to meet... maybe one of the Ballarat historic hotels / pubs? On a more practical level, if there's concern for COVID then perhaps somewhere pleasant with some natural ventilation outside with the usual health protocols (mask, distance, double vaxed, etc...). It could be an outdoor venue or done possibly picnic style.
