If you want to consider a non-Canon lens, look at the Tokina 11-16mm f2.8
Again it isn't a true fisheye on a crop frame DSLR, but the FOV is pretty big, and it has minimal distortion. For flash you will need an external unit - I get a shadow of the lens with the builtin flash on my Sony.
A fisheye for a 1.5-1.6 crop would have to be about 6mm to get close to the same FOV of a 10mm on a full frame.
