Unfortunately the curvature on the film plane is very strong and combined with a fast f ratio of F1.5 or so the images on a flat film plane will defocus very quickly very close to the optical axis.

You would probaly only have field of view of a fraction of a mm diameter before the star images grew unacceptably big.
