There was an issue with transfering sessions between an app and the safari browser on iOS. This caused the user to be logged out when using a screen shortcut. Now you should be presented with a screen and an icon to press when using an iPhone. This will correctly open a safari browser window and sign you in correctly. As far as we're aware the bug is not present on android tablets or android phones using Google chrome but please let us know if it is the case and you are having any issues.
