Hartung Memories
I was in South Africa in the 1970's when I heard about Hartung's book. I was lucky enough to be able to contact him and request his help to find a copy; he did better than that, he sent me one of his copies which he had annotated with corrections.... certainly a wonderful piece of work.... will always be in the library.....
Unfortunately by the time I came to Oz, he had died and the bushfires wiped out the observatory; I did go up to Lavender Farm just to see..............
