Hi all,

I've been using a Pegasus Ultimate Powerbox V2 running a ZWO ASI 1600MC Pro under Windows 10 for a while now without issue. Now for some reason the camera is no longer recognized by any astro software (SGP, APT, etc.) Attempting to load the camera (ASI Camera 1 or 2; the ZWO isn't listed) returns a message "No ASI Camera Detected".

However, if I plug the camera directly into the laptop it's detected straight away. It seems like the Powerbox isn't communicating the canmera details through to the computer. I've tried different USB ports on the Powerbox.

I have all the latest drivers & software installed from both ZWO and Pegasus.

Any suggestions?
