Nah, my shoulders are trashed, specially the right one...so far at least, the only war wound from the years of moving crazy heavy stuff
would have thought my hips and back would have been grumbling by now, was certain things like carrying 800lbs, 100m, was going to come back and haunt me..?
but luckily not yet, ..but means my shoulders ache and I cant throw anything over arm and there is significantly reduced power using my right hand/arm
= no chance of a pushup, let alone an arm wrestle
Anyway, sorry for the digression Mel...viva la 24" hope to see it one day
