Hi guys
Last night was pretty good - some patchy cloud but enough clear sky to photography and look at. It cleared up nicely around midnight and then again at 2am.
Forecast for tonight looks about the same, a bit patchy but hopefully we can beat this change that's on the way!

I noticed the stars reflecting off the car so decided to incorporate it into a selfie
It's from up on the mountain ridge near where we watched Comet McNaught in 2007, but about 5 min further up the road. Lovely view to the SE and over Lostock Dam.
