Hey Guys,

My friend's got a Nikon D60 with a broken shutter. I was wondering if it can be used for astro-imaging. I heard/read somewhere that a DSLR with no shutter can be used for this task as it basically acts as a photo array. I'm sure this theory's got some flaws, but it'll be good to see what can be made of it.

Any suggestions on how to make use of this stuff?
