Those sleepers do not look too bad, the weight of the concrete is going to push out on them anyway. I'd suggest staking them in the middle of each sleeper (on the outside) to prevent them from bulging outward. Looks like more rain coming in the next few days, you've certainly had some bad luck with the weather. Good luck.
