Found 400D service manual..
Since error 99 (with additional info - battery too low, cant shoot, replace batt eyc.) comes up when trying to:
- shoot picture
- clean sensor
- open flash
conclusion is the problem is on Mecha-block (FET switch), block schematic attached.
Now I need to locate this FET..
