I may be able to afford the 5D now, if I can hold out until May. Otherwise it's the 20D.
From what I've seen the low light noise levels in the 5D are considerably better than the 20D and it will be worth the wait and expense.
I'm just a bit concerned about the vignetting on the large sensor requiring cropping of daylight shots even with these ($$$) lenses:
EF 16-35mm f/2.8L USM
EF 24-70mm f/2.8L USM (Refurbished)
EF 70-200mm f/2.8L USM Lens
