From what I have found, the Explore Scientific model is made by JOC and it has been rebranded and sold by a number of other companies including Orion and Visionking with minor alterations to the exterior housing.
I would be pretty happy with any of the rebrands. They are fairly easy to identify, as there are not many 4 element barlow designs floating about.
