I've got the camera connected to the focuser via the t-thread - my focuser has a 1.25" bore (that the filter fits within) and a male t-thread that the camera screws directly onto. You could also attach a 2" nosepiece with a t-thread onto the front of the ASI.
John - I'm using the UV/IR filter to protect the CCD and keep it clean.
