I am selling my 10” Bintel Dobsonian telescope and additional equipment that makes this a great package for the beginner/intermediate astronomer.
It's been a great little scope over the last 8 years and has been well looked after. It has been upgraded with the following:
- Crayford focusser
- Telrad Finder scope
- Right angle finder scope with dew heater
- An old Celestron Advanced Astro Master with 1200 encoders fitted to the rocker box
But wait, that’s not all you get
... the package also includes:
- The original Bintel eyepieces
- Hyperion 13mm eyepiece
- Hyperion 8mm eyepiece
- 50mm Plossl 35mm eyepiece
- Laser collimater
- The original Bintel finder scope and pinion focusser
- Miscellaneous bit & pieces like star charts, extra finders, etc.
- Foam case to carry everything
The missus has put her foot down and it's gotta go, so you can have the whole lot for $700... but open to offers if going to a good home...
I would prefer to sell everything as a package for someone looking for a solid start in astronomy, so I'm reluctant to break it up at this time...
