FireCapture works fine for planetary capture under linux - no wine.
You could try PlanetarySystemStacker -
https://github.com/Rolf-Hempel/PlanetarySystemStacker for processing. Look over in Cloudy Nights - there are some good threads for this.
PixInsight does most of the processing I need - at least for deepsky.
