Fork-mount/equatorial wedge/tripod for a Celestar 8 SCT, comprising:

Fork-mount with 12v RA motor and 4-way hand controller

Equatorial wedge with fork-mount locating bolts

Heavy-duty tripod, 2" OD anodized aluminium tube with extending sections 1.6" OD, with brass and alloy leg clamps. Platform is drilled for the Celestar 8 equatorial wedge and any mount with a central-screw tripod connection, such as the LXD75 pictured. It can handle up to a 10" SCT or reflector and is virtually bullet-proof with no need for leg spreaders. Might possibly be adapted for use with a demounted Dob.

Photos shown for demo purposes are with an LXD75 mount/Meade 8" SN with legs in retracted position and 8" SCT on equatorial wedge with the legs fully extended.
