One important item I forgot to mention
Make sure your computer is providing continuous USB power to ports
See attached pdf in regard to USB Power Management
Also another procedural item , make sure you connect all equipment ( mount , cameras etc… ) in the same port on your Hub and Laptop each time , otherwise you may have to reboot and re connect as the assigned Com ports may have been lost or mixed up. As you have a permanent setup in the Obs this shouldn’t be an issue.
