Coincidentally, I saw this today in Australian Geographic at Tuggerah and thought it looked a bit of OK.
Normally I would not recommend Aust Geog as they are generally overpriced.
And it is nearly double your budget, I thought it suited your criteria and you can often pick up the same stuff cheaper elsewhere.
