Try clearing the cache on your modem...
Google how to clear cache on whatever modem you use to connect to the internet at home.
I've had it happen on mine a few times albeit, not on this site..
You could try clearing the cache on your home computer first if you haven't done so already but, clearing the modem cache will likely solve the problem.
