Hi all, I've got an older Tamron 300/F2.8 it was for film and as long as you stopped it down to f4 it is ok. I saw it cheap so I couldn't not get it, now it's one of my projects in a long queue. At this rate I'll have to give up work so I can get more time for my hobbies. My has a adaptall-2 mount trying to find one for Nikon, as I have only got one for M42. I also got on order from ATS a Sbig Nikon adaptor, so at some point I should be able to do some wide narrow band imaging. I have plans to use it with my Schmidt camera as part of a sky patrol, but you know how it is.
