OK, got me stumped - what the hell are the star spikes at top right:

It did it with my FSQ-85 with the STF-8300C occasionally, and now in 2 subs out of the 12 with the FSQ-106 and the SXVR-M26CC.

Is this an occasional micro-lense "thing"? I have no idea otherwise, unless a spider "bungee" web drifted across (I have run into "drifting" spiders too often out here ).

Doesn't bother me, just want to know what the heck it is - it's not equipment directly, as the equipment has changed completely (not a single thing is the same between these images apart from the guidescope and mount )
