Hi peoples
First clear skies in a while so had to get out there, still no eq6 so...
Jupiter + Io taken with ED80, 4x barlow (2x + 2x) on folding chair mount.
AVI captured with 40D liveview & EOS Movrec on 5x zoom, 65 of 144 frames used, 1/20sec exp, ISO1600.
I'm too inexperienced to say what the seeing conditions were, at a guess 6/10, quite a bit of shimmering going on.
Considering the conditions I'm quite pleased with how this turned out, though I was getting a little annoyed trying to get it on screen and lined up for the 5x zoom.
Little critter doesn't stay on screen for long.
