Apologies for my delayed reply - I have just seen your question.
Yes the POD is still available. I have my POD on a concrete slab and have sealed the base using a combination of aluminised adhesive tape wrapped vertically around the base then sealed between the tape and the concrete using a silicone sealant.
Works well.
