Yes - there will be focusing problem with your dob. You won't be able to get enough in-focus, unless you've got a really low profile focuser.
The only way to overcome it is to move the mirror up the tube.
Apart from that, you'll need a T-Adapter and a 2" nose piece tube. The T-adapter screws into the camera like a lens, and 2" nose piece screws into the T-Adapter and gives you the barrel that you put in the focuser.
You should be able to use this on an SCT no problems.
