The link takes you to a site showing how to manage various options inside the Windows Security section of the "Update and Security" Tab. Only trouble is, that there is no Windows Security component in the new Windows I just installed - Windows 10 Home. Just the Update section. How wierd is that?
Only thing I can think of is then to completely wipe the drive and start again, make sure you copy over files that you need.
