Anyone using the ZWO ASI174MC or MM and can provide a review with images?
Hi All,
I am interested in purchasing a ZWO ASI174. However, I do not know if I want the MM or the MC version. Obviously, one is Colour and the other is Monochrome.
Searching the forum, I found 4 posts that showed some shots of Jupiter and that is about it. Furthermore, there were only a few images on the ZWO site and Facebook page and not much else by way of a review.
Is there anyone out there who is able to share some shots of other objects they have taken and any commentary as to its performance or your experience? Whether it be the sun, the planets or any DSO's.
Hopefully this can then inform me as to whether it will suit my needs. I am more curious about its performance with DSO's as it isn't exactly a use that is on the box.
