Those sleepers do not look too bad, the weight of the concrete is going to push out on them anyway. I'd suggest staking them in the middle of each sleeper (on the outside) to prevent them from bulging outward. yes i have a heap of stakes to do that, 3 extra per side. you know it was dry in that hole this morning
with the weather - yeah not been a great time with that
