Since all my Astro gear is portable it is now impossible to lift a cup of coffee so setting up a mount and lifting an OTA is not going to happen.

Hi Hans,
Sorry to hear of your injury pain. Hopefully it will reduce with time and rest, but in the meantime you could try some Voltaren Emugel applied to the skin in the area to reduce the pain and inflammation. Also helpful is a compression sleeve, cold packs to reduce inflammation and/or even heat to improve circulation. Whatever works.
