When I was competing in heavy events, back in the day, Riley, from about age 6 to 11 years old was my main training assistant when I was doing all my heavy lift strongman training, seriously, he was several years ahead in maturity, he was an excellent set up assistant, stop watch time keeper and motivator, often just the two of us down at the local oval with all my heavy implements. Now nearly 30, I'm not surprised he has become a highly regarded air traffic controller.
